"Every cook needs a fine bottle of olive oil in the kitchen. Unfortunately, like supplements, there are many counterfeits on the market. Producers will cut their oils with refined olive oil or even soybean and other cheap oils, or will add flavors and colorants to turn cheap vegetable oils into something that remotely resembles olive oil. That's why many olive oils on the market look clear and taste bland. This is the real deal and a favorite among chefs. It has a beautiful deep green color, a luscious and silky texture, and nutty, with rich nuttiness, fruitiness, and a delicate finish of white pepper. It’s incredibly versatile, an all-around olive oil, which is why I keep reaching for it in the kitchen." - Jiying
