About Jiying
Jiying is a wellness creator dedicated to helping women live healthier, happier lives.
Jiying graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and spent six years in strategy consulting, advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic issues across a range of industries. While navigating her own health challenges and searching for a more meaningful path, she became deeply interested in nutrition and integrative health. What began as a personal journey ultimately grew into the community and business she leads today.
Today, Jiying creates content across Chinese social media platforms, hosts wellness livestreams, and partners with leading health and wellness brands from around the world. She also continues to offer private health coaching.

Raised by a father who practiced traditional Chinese medicine and educated in the United States, Jiying brings a uniquely cross-cultural perspective to health. While much of her work focuses on modern nutrition and wellness research, she also believes in traditional healing practices that have stood the test of time.
She is a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed her 300-hour yoga teacher training at The People's Yoga.
Outside of work, Jiying loves being outdoors—backpacking, foraging, browsing farmers' markets for seasonal produce, and turning it into a delicious meal at home.
