A Personal Note
Private coaching is some of the work I'm most proud of. While it represents a small part of what I do today, I continue to work with clients because I deeply value the opportunity to support people on a more personal level.
I don't believe there is one right way to be healthy. Every person is different, and my goal is never to prescribe a rigid set of rules, but to help you better understand your own body and what makes you feel your best.
What Working Together Looks Like
Sessions take place over Zoom, making it possible to work together regardless of where you're based.
- 50-minute sessions
- $250 USD per session
- Not covered by insurance
- No required program or long-term commitment
Some people come for a single session to talk through a specific concern. Others work together over several months, while some simply check in once or twice a year when something new comes up.
There's no right approach—we can always start with one conversation and take it from there.
My Approach
My approach is holistic, flexible, and deeply personalized.
Rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all solution, I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand their own bodies and goals. Together, we explore what supports your health—and what doesn't—so that you can build habits and systems that feel sustainable for your life.
Depending on your needs, we might talk about what your three meals a day could look like, what an ideal supplement stack might be, or ways to improve your sleep, manage stress, support your mental health, or incorporate more movement into your life.
My goal is to meet you where you are and help you find the next step—something that feels practical, realistic, and sustainable for you.
