"This is one of my two favorite nighttime teas, and it's an important part of my wind-down routine, helping to signal the transition between day and night. When I finish working for the day, I will steep a small cup of this tea to help my mind and body "shut down" so I can get a better night’s sleep and wake up feeling more refreshed. I recommend trying both Traditional MedicinaTradls' "Nighty Night Extra" and Gaia Herbs' "Sleep & Relax" because they contain different herbs which can affect people differently. Nighty Night Extra contains valerian (Sleep & Relax doesn’t) which can work wonders for some." - Jiying

- Contains valerian: valerian is a gentle, time-tested herbal sedative, celebrated by the ancient Greeks and used for occasional sleeplessness; people react differently to valerian, but for many, it works especially well as a sleep inducer (which is why this product is the “Extra” version, they also have a normal version of this tea without the valerian)
- Traditional herbs with rich medicinal histories in helping promote higher quality sleep
- Formulated by legendary herbalist Rosemary Gladstar, considered the god mother of modern herbalism in the US, a teacher, author and founder of The California School of Herbal Studies
